Austin is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Austin follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

CINNAMON ROLL they are amazing! We came, we saw, we devoured! These cinnamon rolls excite my tastebuds more than a normal iced roll because I’m big on mouth feelβ€” there’s the flaky outside, the crunch of the sugar, and the soft warm inner roll. It’s a journey to the center. Whether you’re having a bad day or a good day, you should get a cinnamon roll!

We used to come here a lot 10+ years ago and wanted to return. Unfortunately it didn’t feel like the same place. Quiche was okay and the latte was too sweet and not great. Husband got a sandwich and didn’t enjoy it. They ran out of cinnamon rolls by 9:15am on a Saturday and I saw multiple people leave when they found out it wouldn’t be ready until 9:55. It used to feel cozier inside but instead felt a bit stale and half empty. Sad :(

I will be dreaming about the quiches from here for a very long time! I got their spinach and mushroom quiche and their spinach and tomato quiche and they were both SO GOOD! Me and my mom destroyed their cinnamon roll in minutes and their turnovers taste like pies. Definitely ask for them to heat up the cinnamon roll because it’s so great warm. There’s never any line and the noise level inside, even when the place is full, is very manageable.

Tried both a chocolate cake and a strawberry gΓ’teau cake as well as a cinnamon roll. The gateau was amazing and very different from the chocolate cake. Honestly, the chocolate cake was decent, but it tasted like any grocery store could have made it. The cinnamon roll was less doughy and more flaky but buttery and delicious. There is an ordering line and a pickup line (right side) inside.

Can't believe I have never been here before. Stopped in for lunch and had the hardest time deciding - so many delicious looking soups, sandwiches and salads. We landed on the chicken salad sandwich and egg salad sandwich. Both were fantastic. We picked up some pastries to go for breakfast - they were incredible. Lots of seating, fresh quality ingredients, and excellent service. Wish we had something like this in our neighborhood - I would be here all the time. Bread was fresh and had black tea and hibiscus mint which I love. Will be back!
